Exploration of potential regional resources for beef cattle farming development in West Java, Indonesia

More than 90% of cattle in Indonesia are raised by smallholder farmer. They facing limited land resources so that the input feed mostly depend on agriculture waste and its environment. The aimed this study was to determine potential agricultural which influence development beef cattle. sample locations were 3 districts from eastern part West Java province. Panel data variables thought have an effect taken 2012 2019 three regencies. These analyses Multiple Regression Model using OLS method. stationary test done before time series unit root tests Augmented Dickey-Fuller. results research showed corn Cassava production, as well population a source labor region increase population. integration farming suitable needs be considered strategy development, because production per can produce highest compared other food crop residues.
